How we handle your information
Faith Unbound Ministries collects information you choose to share through our connection, membership, prayer, contact, and Weekly Bible Challenge forms. This may include your name, email address, phone number, location, message, prayer request, challenge answers, score, reflection, and communication preferences.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to you, provide pastoral follow-up, support prayer requests, understand ministry needs, provide challenge results, and communicate about Faith Unbound programs and resources. We do not sell your personal information.
Prayer requests and private information
Prayer requests and pastoral details are treated as private ministry information. Access is limited to authorized ministry leadership through the protected Ministry Admin Dashboard. Please do not submit an emergency or crisis situation through this website. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Weekly Bible Challenge
When you enter a Weekly Bible Challenge, we use your answers and score to provide your results, offer relevant ministry resources, understand engagement with the lesson, and support appropriate follow-up. We record when a participant selects a linked study resource so we can understand whether the challenge is helpful. We do not collect payment information for purchases made through an outside service.
Communication choices
Email and text message consent are optional and are not required to take the challenge. If you choose to receive text messages, message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also contact us to change your communication preferences.
Forms and email notifications
When you submit a form, the information is stored in our ministry records and may generate a notification to our ministry email account. We keep records only as long as reasonably needed for ministry care, administration, legal obligations, or security.
Third-party services
Our website may link to services such as YouTube, GiveButter, and Gumroad. Those services have their own privacy policies and terms. When you follow an outside link, their policies apply.
Your choices
